The Pulmonary Education and Research Foundation has received the following message from the American Lung Association for distribution:

The American Lung Association has just launched an online survey of COPD patients and caregivers. A link to take the survey is available at the top of www.lungusa.org. An announcement email was sent to Better Breathers Clubs yesterday and local Lung Associations may already be receiving questions. A memo explaining the survey is now available on LungNet and additional information will appear in Monday's Update/Details.
